Highlights from Salt Lake Parade of Homes
As a Prime team we had so much fun going to see the Utah Valley and also the Salt Lake Parade of homes this year. We are always so impressed with the level of design and craftsmanship that takes place in each of the individual homes. We had a blast doing video together, taking pictures and maybe trying out a slide or foam pit or two but shhh…don’t tell!!
If you haven’t been able to get out to see any of the Salt Lake homes it goes until this Saturday the 12th so you still have time to sneak in a few. Also if you want discounted tickets you can pick them up at RC Willey for $11.00 which saves you $5.00.
We all had favorite things that we liked from the different homes but this year there were some fun, different and new things. I loved that each home had its own flare. There wasn’t one consistent theme in each of the houses, which was fun to see. The last couple of years it has been the white and grey show which we all still love but this year there was a lot more in the mix.
We saw more browns coming back sneaking in with the greys and whites. From the dark black and brown cabinets, to the light blonde floors, that were definitely everywhere. There were a lot of mixed metals still with lots of gold and now brass making an appearance. There was a lot of leather coming back…Yay!
One of our favorite things collectively as a group is black windows! They are so sleek and are a stand out on the exterior of a home.
Here are a few more photos of some of the unique and great things I saw:
Hopefully you can get out this week and see a few of the beautiful homes on parade! I am hoping to get out one more time this week to see the last few I missed last week.
Thanks for reading!
