St. George Parade of Homes 2017 Recap
Last month I had the opportunity to go see the St. George Parade of Homes! The red rock, blue skies, and warm sunshine provided the most stunning backdrop for these architectural beauties.
I wasn't able to make it to all the homes (kids) ...but I'm excited to share with you some of my favorites I did go see + some that I heard were really good (select images courtesy of the St. George Area Parade of Homes )
Starting in order...
#3 The Kingston by Cole West Home, LLC | Interior Design by Heritage Home & Garden, Susan Christensen
Regrettably, this first one I wasn't able to go see in person. And this home was designed by one of my favorite firms! Boo! This townhouse is adorable- love the neutral tones and transitional style. That tree in the corner adds the perfect touch of color and height.
#4 Villa Belle Vue by Xcellent Homes | Jeff Andrews, Andrews Home Design Group | Interior Design by Tradah Design, Sherri Hymas
Oh baby- this stunning home was definitely unforgettable. Notice the entry way ceiling, circular office, carpet, windows, landscape and views. Very dreamy.
Loving these romantic, unexpected candlesticks. Are you a fan?
This red, white and blue bunk room was a d o r a b l e
Calgon!!
Are you ready for a fresh start?
This is another one I didn't make it to in person, but I know it received rave reviews!
#20 The Monterey by Ivory Homes
If you love color, this home for you! There were a lot of bold mixed prints and happy vibes!
LOVED these vintage framed prints in the craft room.
#22 Pennsylvania Dutch by Slate Ridge Homes
I'm not a fan of this sink (above) for the kitchen, but LOVE it for a laundry room.
Thought this bucket sink was fun + different :)
How do you feel about the soap sitch? I think it's cute :)
#28 The Modern Nest by Anderson Custom Homes | Interior Design by Heritage Home & Garden, Susan Christensen
I wish this pic showed off the views better, but DANG- it was incredibly beautiful that evening.
Okay, so this house was probably my favorite. If I had my wish, I'd love to combine elements of this one and #4 together lol.
Entry way goals!
I can't stop thinking about this kitchen! It's so good!
Isn't this accordion window cool?! So genius for entertaining!
These vanity drawers were super cool- very innovative.
Now this view is unbeatable! Can you even imagine? Swoon.
Until next year St. George! I hope you've enjoyed this glimpse! I want to hear from you! Which one is your favorite?
Have a wonderful day,
